The duo formed by the guitarist Rodrigo Bragança and the pianist Benjamim Taubkin has just released 'Sobrevoo' (Overflying), a complete album built of original compositions. Two musical instruments, both of them comprising functions alike – harmonic and melodic. A pair that presents two individual worlds built of Brazilian music, strong Jazz influence, a touch of east sonority and also popular music. This is “Sobrevoo”, an album built by the duet Rodrigo Bragança the guitar player and Benjamim Taubkin the piano player. Made of both artists’ brand new compositions the CD put together the sophisticated piano chords full of shades/layers while the guitar is now and then experimental suggests textures, layers of timbre bringing unusual musical sound scenes.
